I won't even comment on how long it's been since I last updated. If I'm still on your flist/reading list, I have a feeling you might roll your eyes if I do. So let's not.

What I will say, though, is that I've started to implement a new type of morning routine to my life, which should help me update more often. So let's keep our fingers crossed for that *fingers crossed*

I'll try to make this entry short, so that I don't get distracted and just forget to post altogether. I'm actually writing said entry right in DW editor so that I'm cutting one step from the whole Posting process. Yes, I am that worried that I'm basically just working on another entry that will be lost to the ether.

Omg, I'm rambling already. Ok lol

Hi, flist. I'm writing this post in a coffeeshop I love, which sadly is one I never found anywhere else apart from Scandinavia, namely Espresso House. It's cozy and charming and the decoration is just the cutest. There are trees indoors. It's so green everywhere. And, yes, I'm writing this entry from an Espresso House because I'm in Scandinavia! In Denmark, to be precise. In Aarhus, to be even more precise.

I've been here since Tuesday for work and even though it's been pretty busy I've had a lovely time. The team and I managed to take advantage of our evenings, is the thing, and I've really felt like my free time wasn't wasted. We've walked a lot in and around Aarhus, made a little detour to really small but gorgeous Møllestien street, had dinner at Street Food, spent a couple hours at the ARoS Aarhus Kunstmuseum which conveniently closed quite late on Wednesday, just to name a few activities. We were also very lucky as the venue for Thursday's meeting was basically next door to the Moesgdaard museum and even though we had no time to visit the museum that day, we did have the opportunity to get on its rooftop to admire the view - and what a view it was! Especially as the weather has been absolutely lovely from Tuesday to Friday afternoon (it started raining yesterday afternoon and was still raining this morning, but then it got better, thankfully. I've been quite lucky ♥)

The whole team went back this morning but I was a genius and actually asked if I could stay one more day so I've been enjoying Aarhus on my own all day. Pure bliss! I spent the whole morning at the Moesgdaard museum, had a beautiful stroll in the woods that surround it, had lunch at Street Food (yes, again), took a quick break after lunch before going out again and continue my little museum crawl as I paid a visit to the city's Women's museum. Really interesting and moving place. If you ever find yourself in Aarhus, I'd recommend it. I had a little stroll on the harbour again and did some shopping before stopping at Espresso House for a longer break :) Which is where I am as I am typing this. Hi *waves*

This project has been such a wonderful opportunity, you guys! It's a very stimulating project, for a start, involving people from no less than six different nationalities (seven including mine), the team is so much fun and it's made me travel so much in such a short amount of time! Germany and the Netherlands last year, Denmark right now and by June 2020 I'll have been to Norway, Greece and back to Germany for the closing conference (if everything goes according to plan *fingers crossed*).

Anyway. Let's not make this post all about work, shall we? At least, let's talk about fandom just a little bit. I've fallen for a new show (it hadn't happened in some time) but, as it sometimes happens, right on time for said show to do something that made Fandom explode and I'm not even sure as of yet whether I'll keep watching (right now I'm on the fence even though most signs point to "no"). I'm talking about The Magicians, btw, a show that always managed to slip under my radar till GD mentioned it recently, which led me to try it out of curiosity. Well, it was love at first sight. It's just typical that I fell for a show when said show decided to create a clusterfuck of maximum proportion.

Having said that, I haven't reached 4x13 yet (even though I'm spoiled for it), I'm currently going through season 3.

Speaking of shows that give you All The Feels, I've watched GoT 8x02 last night and omg. Omg. That episode, you guys. I had so many feelings that I worried for a while there would be none left for the rest of the season lol So I'm deep into GoT at the moment. Can't wait for Monday to watch 8x03. It's our little GoT Monday; Cookie and I go to my friend Sandrine's and we have ourselves a little GoT Night every week. Pretty cool :)

What else... there was something else I meant to say that is not fandom related... oh, yes! I got a tattoo! My very first tattoo. After years of thinking about it, I finally went for it :) If you want to see it, you can go over to my IG account. You'll also see pictures from my trip, btw, should you be interested :)

Oookay. Stopping this "short" (ahaha) entry now, editing it quickly and then posting right away. I hope you're all well, flist. If you're not, I'm sorry and I think of you. I will try and catch up with you all soon *hugs*

I enjoyed seeing your work photos so much, what a beautiful place. And I love your tattoo. It was a genius idea to stay an extra day on your own.

Oh, The Magicians. I haven't seen the last season yet, it's a show that I watch when it's broadcast here and the new season hasn't started yet, but know the spoiler. Another good show ruined.

As for GoT. OMG, how good was ep3? So great!
