castaliePlease, *please*, tell me we're not really only *tuesday*?! I can't believe it. I swear, it feels like this week started ages ago! Actually, I had this impression yesterday already, and we were just Monday as in very first day of the week *sigh*
Today went better than yesterday, but I'm still taking a break right now, cos I'm going to OD on my books, I swear. I'm fed up with everything right now... well, everything U-oriented, I mean *g*
Yesterday evening, I didn't work at all- I didn't open a book, I didn't even *look* at a book, and it felt like heaven *g* I'm still pretty tired actually, and I have the Headache That Won't Leave so I'm bracing myself for the new working session in about ten minutes *sigh* Actually, it's one of the few times I'm pretty glad none of my cyber pals *waves at said cyber pals* sent me a mail, because I feel too tired/lazy to reply right now *g*
Speaking of yesterday, I *finally* watched "The Others", with my parents actually --yeah, my dad was back home before 1.00am, incredible *g*-- and it was *brilliant*! I loved it! I decided I wanted the DVD as a matter of fact. My DVDs List is growing at each passing day, or so it seems lol
And this morning... well, I did something rather stupid. See, yesterday night --after "The Others"-- "Battle Royale" was finally aired in Japanese, so I taped it. Well, since I had a whole hour before me before leaving for the U, I decided to watch the movie... oh man, why did I do that? I didn't want to leave! I *had* to keep watching, and I couldn't of course because, hello, I kinda had an exam. I actually had to fight against myself to bloody switch the TV off, cos otherwise, I would never have left. I just could see myself trying to explain why I didn't go after all. I think no explanation would have convinced my teachers. Some people are just so dense!
This movie is *so* good... chilling, brilliant, wow! I knew it was a good movie, I heard enough reviews when it was released, but it's different when you're watching it yourself, you know? And it was awesome! Now, I need to see the rest, but I have to be brave and disciplined, and I won't go back to it before I finish my work! *tries to look determined* *kinda succeeds*
No need to say, the movie has been added to the infamous DVDs List --when I told you it was growing all the time! lol-- and I think I'll check the manga again, I may be more interested in it now that I saw the movie *g*
I really like the characters... but want to know an actor I would have *loved* to see play in that movie? Ryuhei Matsuda.. I don't know why, but when I started watching BR, his name --and his face-- popped into my head.
Anyway, gotta go... my booksfrom hell are calling me *looks at said books* I hope you'll turn into boring plumbing manuals in your next life! The only way I'm going to survive is that as a reward, I'll watch the end of BR, and afterward, I may watch it all over again!
