i can't remember what happened exactly, as i said it's been YEARS since i saw an ep. BUT i remember reading somewhere that at the beginning, the French translators thought Andromeda (that's the pink armour, green hair one, right?) was a girl so they gave him a girl's voice. so ... your sister isn't that far from reality. plus, look at his armour, its got BOOBS!! lol
