Lazing around...

castalieI apparently don't have anything better to do than this meme. One of those nights when you're just lazing around LJ and subjecting your flist to the Mean Meme, I guess?
Two years ago - and that post just cracked me up considering how very much addicted I became - I learnt from Babycakes that they were going to open their first Starbucks in Paris. Babycakes and Starbucks in the same post: two of my favourite things on the whole galaxy! How cool was that entry, really? I also watched several episodes of Oz after what seems to have been quite a long time and I rambled about Toby and Chris and Beecher/Keller and I even made a comparison between school boys and the inmates - because apparently I could? Yeah.

sentinelsecrets story. I also talked about how much Babycakes and I loved Lost and how we'd watched the premiere - how sweet is that, it was the very beginning of our Lost Obsession! - at the same time, ie while both chatting on Y!M. Man, good times! I also decided that it would be a good thing if I went into the series spoiler-free. Smart girl *pets self* I also watched the ER episode "Freefall" and got traumatised because of it.
Nine months ago, I discovered Blair's former lover - namely Declan Dunn - and got into a new geeky show. It never turned into a Favourite Show but it was still enjoyable enough that I didn't miss it on Saturdays *g* I also claimed my non-surprise at the LFMA results.
Six months ago I played with that funny meme - well, I thought it was funny - where people from your flist asked you questions to which you replied but without including the original questions. And I got carried away with my answers - as per usual. It also amuses me to no end thatx5_536 sekrit question was "Why should I watch Numb3rs" - seeing how the girl loves the show now, you'd never think she actually needed to be encouraged to try it :-)
Three months ago Iwhined talked about my plans that had been cancelled. I changed my layout - to the version I'm still using - and I was slowly getting used to it. I found a very amusing Firefly Photo Essay which I linked to because I'm nice like that. And I also claimed that I needed the 100 icons soon because I only had "Essential Icons" left and deleting them was torture. Yeah well, that way, you know it was my entry and no one else's lol
PS: I can't believe no one from my flist - bar one, I think - watched the season premiere of Desperate Housewives. Or if you did, I missed it. But right this minute, it feels like my flist is DH-challenged and that's so wrong *pout* Hey,catiadoodle? Won't you post a little something? Or email me your impressions on the premiere? If you watched it, obviously :-)

It was really just one little episode so seriously, it wasn't a problem *g* And I'll try with my VLC player, yes. I tend to forget to try all my players lol
