Apr. 2nd, 2006 02:56 pmDude, I'm in a daze today. We went to the 50th birthday of one of my cousins last night and we came home around 4.00 am, which means, of course, that I didn't go to sleep before, like, 6.00 and since this morning I had to meet with one of the Best Friends, I couldn't even sleep in. I'm awake, I know I am, but three hours of sleep always make me a bit dizzy and stuff *rubs eyes tiredly*
Oh hey, guess who was on my telly on Friday night? Yeah okay the cast of The 4400, that's not what I'm talking about here. So Friday night I was watching The 4400 and during the commercial break I flipped through channels and out of nowhere there was this bloke and guess who it was... John Simm! John Simm on my telly! That was awesome. Mind you, it wasn't the easiest film to watch; Sex Traffic is really painful and heartbreaking but it was worth making it to the end for the wonderful performance of the actors and actresses. There were other familiar faces actually like Chris Potter for instance and Luke Kirby - I only knew him from Mambo Italiano, so that was definitely a new aspect of him.
Unrelated now, I've seen it here and there on my flist and it's positively brilliant and hilarious. When teevee.org wants to kill us all with teh funny, it gives birth to TeeVeePedia: The TV Encyclopedia. The entry for Numb3rs killed me ded

Th3 show 1s a ba7anc3 of th3 r37at1onsh1p b3tw33n Don and Char713 and of th3 3fforts th3y mak3 to f1ght cr1m3, norma77y 1n Los Angeles I quited liked the "r37at1onsh1p b3tw33n Don and Char713" thing because yeah, I'm all for that *eg*
Man, I'm still laughing lol And then I tried Stargate SG-1 ["The series stars Col. Not John Crichton, Dr. Reads Too Much, Col. Technobabble, and Hulking Linebacker Guy. It formerly starred Gen. Angus MacGyver"] Oz ["Recurring plot-lines included the Kellerman-Beecher-Schillinger love triangle"] as well as Angel ["The title character, former age-inappropriate boyfriend of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, was frequently unhappy, probably because a curse prevented him from having sex. Honestly, wouldn't you be pretty upset about a thing like that"].
