I had a pretty good day at home even though the morning didn't start under the best auspices as a woman on the street started screaming bloody murder pretty early on. Not exactly the best way to start the day. They keep saying the police will control who's outside and for what reasons (asking to show them our little pass and all that) but I'm not certain Choisy has the resources to do that. We're only three days in the confinement period, I do hope the yelling isn't going to become part of our daily routine.
On a much more positive note and speaking of routine, let's talk about the uplifting things that are happening during this whole Covid-19 situation and specifically our brand new daily happening with all the people in the neighborhood, namely how at 8.00 PM sharp every evening we all open our windows and cheer and applaud to pay tribute to the medical workers for the hard work they're doing (in my mind, I'm also doing it for all the people who have to keep working so we still have electricity, still can shop for necessities, still have our trashcans removed etc. etc.). I don't know where it began (maybe Italy or Spain?) but it's our turn now and I know that they're doing it in Greece at the same time (well, 9.00 PM their time). It is such a positive and lovely thing to witness and to participate in. Do you do it in your country as well? Definitely one of the highlights of our days :) Here's how it sounded tonight ♥
How's life going for you, flist? For me, it was still pretty busy with work. In other words, I haven't had the time to start any of the new shows I've been meaning to try lol But I did watch last week episode of ST:Picard, at least. My, what an episode! Watching it so late means that I won't have to wait to watch the next one which, yay! Believe it or not, I am now one episode behind Prodigal Son. I know, I know, it is a shock to me too! But I'll remedy that very soon, don't you worry ;)
Anyway, things are ok at la casa di Mouse. Hope you're doing fine too :)
