The Archers! Plus two requests.

Had some nice Christmas interludes today. It was Christmas Lunch at work for a start, and then I finally started writing my Christmas cards when I got home. First batch should leave tomorrow. Wow, ten whole days before Christmas and some of them will leave France for their new homes already! Will wonder ever cease? :-)

I was watching Jeremiah while writing them and I was wondering - does anyone has the two seasons and would be willing to burn them for me? I could give you another series in return if you want to? We could do a little Xmas exchange thingie? Without the surprise effect but hey new series to watch!

And since I'm asking for stuff; does anyone know where/if I can find Wedding Wars? I'm aware it might not be the best film ever made but I'm a sucker for cute romantic light films and hel-lo, Sean Maher as John Stamos' boyfriend? I'd love to see that!

Unrelated now. I've listened to tonight's The Archers twice. OMG! Sweetest episode ever! Twas even better than I thought it would be.

• Ian and Adam's moment before the actual ceremony - "I want to look at you" and the rest; aww *melts* It was such a beautiful moment *sigh*


• Glen and Brian meeting at the pub. Their conversation about their kids. Them both going to the wedding. Glen's "life's too short to let your children think you don't love them."


• The exchange of vows! Made my heart sing. Just can't resist weddings *sniffles*


• Loved when we heard their relatives cry lol The girls passing the hankies. Yeah, I know the feeling, mates!


• Glen and Ian talking.


• Adam and Glen meeting for the first time! And their reaction to Glen's "your father told me about the farm thing" and then his "welcome to the family." So cute :-)

Incidentally, I also quite enjoyed last night episode. Well, they really went in pair, anyway.

The wedding was perfect. I've just listened to it again because I was making the tea at the time and wanted to give it my full attention the second time around. I was a little worried about how Radio 4 would handle this but, goodness, they did it brilliantly.

The little moment between Adam and Ian before they went out was just... gah. So lovely. *happy sigh* I could not have hoped for a better episode, truly. I wasn't too sure if Brian was actually going to show his face or not, but I am so glad that Sid's comments and meeting Glen persuaded him to go, it was the right thing to do.

It was perfect, yes. So much better than I hoped for, even; I was pleasantly surprised, and delighted, as you can imagine *g*

I was so relieved that Brian went in the end *nods* And so surprised when Glen showed up! Quite moved, too, as it was so sweet...

*raises hand* I can get you both The Wedding Wars, and the two seasons of Jeremiah. You just need to give me a little time for Jeremiah but it's no problem, really. I'll repuload The Wedding Wars once I'm done downloading it. Where is best for you? Sendspace? Megaupload? Something else?
