W9 started airing The Sentinel - which I knew they would. The question is how long it'll last because M6 had the tendency to pull the show off the air without notice and what's to say W9 won't do the same? But, hey, in the meantime, I'll enjoy watching it again on me own telly \o/
It's funny because I'd almost forgotten that Jim and Blair say 'vous' at the beginning of the show - it is logical that they do, but I'm so used to thinking about them aslovers best friends that it's weird going back to a time when they say 'vous' to each other. Wonder when they start with the 'tu' now... is it in "The Killers" or when they start sleeping living together in "The Debt"?
The New:
Well. After Ugly Betty, it'd seem Friday Night Lights won me over too. Neither to the extent that I'd want to get icons - and my wanting icons of a show is usually the ultimate proof of success - but I think I now have a weekly appointment with those two shows *nods*
Thing is, FNL isn't about the football. It's about the characters, and that makes a big difference. I'll let the characters be caught up on the whole football thing, and I'll let myself be caught up on them. Should work out that way.
So far I'm all about Eric and Tami. Both separately and together. Dunno if I want to be spoiled about what happens to them later on... I'll see. I like Matt well enough. After that... well, technically, Tim should be the character I root for the most - tormented and angsty is what I love, after all - but sometimes emo is just too emo. So at the moment I'm not really into him. As for Jason, I guess I'm waiting to see if I find an interest in him too.
Eric, Tami and Matt are enough to hold my attention for now, anyway.
Oh and would anyone happen to have the song from the opening credits and be willing to share, please?
PS: Oh hey the new Torchwood is already available for download? Nice *downloads*
