I did everything I'd planned this weekend, except for watching Shelter and P.S. I Love You. Instead, I devoured Panic slash. I can officially say PATD became one of my reading fandoms over the weekend. I already loved their music, I dabbled in the fics but it hadn't completely clicked before. That is until the last two days.

I'm now hunting Spencer/Brendon like mad - or let's just say every kind of Brendon-pairing combo possible. I also have an insane amount of love for gsf fic. I mean, it's nothing new per se, I love threesome and moresome, I've read enough MCR gsf to make me happy but with Panic, it's even more accentuated somehow. I don't know why, just one of those things.

So, anyway, I'm busy tabbing fics like a crazy tabbing person; Spencer/Brendon, Ryan/Brendon, Ryan/Brendon/Spencer, Jon/Brendon, Jon/Brendon/Spencer/Ryan... and let's not forget the Ryan-Spencer friendship which I'm lapping up like you wouldn't believe.

That's the beauty of bandom, there're so many pairing and/or friendship combinations that it feels like the gift that keep on giving. And giving some more ♥ ♥

Then I had this urge to see the boys perform and I suddenly remembered the bandom CD crazybutsound had made for me back in May. I was like 'hee omg but I have tons of Panic goodies I hadn't got around to watch yet'. So I remedied that and oh, so much love! Now I'm dying to see My Chemical Romance and Panic at the Disco live. It's like I went from zero concert interest to 100. Or, well, that's not strictly true because I plan on going to see The Hoosiers in November with yami_tai but overall I've not been invested in concerts at all. I always said I wasn't that interested in music. Guess bandom changed all that :-)

I still have to go through all the files on Jem's CD but since I'm here, I might as well ask, just in case it's not on it; is there a PATD equivalent of MCR's Life on the Murder Scene DVD?

Oh and I just wanted it to be said that if my flat isn't becoming any cleaner this evening? Is all PATD's fault for forcing me to hunt icons and tab fics instead of vacuuming and stuff. I'm just a victim!

Wheeeeee! PATD love!!! I knew that DVD would come in handy at some point. And while it's not quite like Life on the Murder Scene, there's the special edition CD that came with a DVD. I believe I put all of it on that DVD, though... There's a Live in Denver thing, and there's a thing with interviews, and then there was the extended version of their latest album but I also think I put some of that on your DVD as well. If not, I'm pretty sure have it here and can upload it for you.

As for pairings, I'm very much for all of them, though I think Spencer/Brendon is the one I have the most recs for, lol. But oooo, GSF. I love me some GSF.

And I know it's not PATD but, you did get the comment with your icons of Frank and Mikey, right? LJ's been annoying about giving me my comments, so I wasn't sure whether this one had made it through or not.

PS: you realize that if either MCR or PATD make it to Paris again, I will be begging you for some couch space, right? We can go together! :-D

Oh, good. I've been tracking comments and that's just annoying. Glad mine didn't get lost, lol. And I did make many icons (mostly of Spencer) but they were the only things I didn't have time to save before my old computer crashed. :-( I think I have maybe half a dozen on crazybutgraphic, though.

And wheee! I'm totally counting on it too! I'm hoping they do make it to Paris in the near future so we can indeed go together. That would be awesome. Even more enjoyable than just seeing them! So as long as they don't play on a monday evening or a thursday evening, you can totally count on me. :-)

Plus, I haven't written a single N3 or SPN fic in oh about forever? So it's not going to change anything, really. Besides, it's not as if I wrote RPS. Well, apart from in my head, that is lol

When people go to bandom it tends not to just be a new fandom, it sucks them in entirely, thus the worry.

And hon, you don't have to write fic for us to want you in the fandom. We like you just the way you are. :-)

I have to say I never really pay attention. Or even mind/care :-) Fandom is what it is, people leave it, find another, add one, abandon one; it's so fluctuating. It can be a bit confusing sometimes, admittedly!
