Now (get to see) Panic and Rejoice!

My back is acting up so I'm working from home today - I'm so glad Boss Man encourages us to do telework whenever it's possible. Telework isn't that common yet in France and it's a pity because it's a great work perquisite. As I always say when I'm talking about it, it's not something I'd enjoy doing all the time but once in a while it is nice to be able to just stay home and work from there... and in today's case when my back is being a pain (literally) it's even more enjoyable.

Anyway, I'm not about to write an ode to telework - especially as it would defeat the purpose if I were to waste time on LJ instead of, you know, working, but I just felt like sharing my squee because one of my wish had been granted! Panic! at the Disco is doing a concert in Paris in May! Omg, this is a fannish dream come true, really. The last time they toured in France I wasn't a fan and missed them and ever since I've been dreaming of seeing them live and it's happening! Well, if I get a ticket but I'll be ready on Friday morning to grab one, believe you me! *fingers crossed that everything works out*

PANIC! I have to say I had the feeling 2010-2011 would be a good bandom concert year and turns out I was right :-)

If I weren't in so much pain I'd be bouncing a lot today what with the idea of seeing Panic and then the knowledge that I have a new White Collar sitting on my HD waiting to be watched tonight. Today is a good day. Messed-up back aside ♥

Cobra, MCR, The Like, Panic. Now if TAI could get their heads out of their asses and record an album and start touring (and FOB got back together, but I guess that's too much to ask) we'd have the full set! \o/

I sure hope the tickets don't sell out on Friday, because if they're not on sale when I leave for work at 7:30am, I can't buy mine until the afternoon! But surely they're not going to sell out that quickly?

Guess I'm one band closer to the full set that you are since I actually saw FOB when they were still together. But, yeah, TAI should start recording an album and start touring, I'd be able to complete my collection!

Oh man, I know how you feel about back pain! Last week, although not back pain, I was laid up at home for a few days because I pulled some muscles in my neck. And not by doing anything glamourous; I literally jumped out of bed too fast, being scared by the alarm. lol

So! I do so hope that you're feeling better STAT!

It's always so annoying! On top of being really painful. But I could move again today and I even went to work so it's all good.
