It's past 10.00AM and I'm still in bed. Beautiful words in every language, don't you think? :-) In the end, I decided to chill all morning and work in the afternoon, I needed to sleep. Case in point, I fell asleep on the couch while watching tv last night. I always hate it when I do that but it's not as if I had any control over it, so.

Yes, just texted Cookie - who's at work, poor Cookie! - and I have "permission" to watch Suits on my own lol So I think I'll do that once I've posted this entry \o/

Oh, I got a blast from the past when I received a new Kudos for my Merlin fic yesterday - too bad I can't say 'thank you' to those who post kudos. That fic is one of those stories that I am very happy about so it's a thrill to realise that people are still reading it, even years after it was written. I'm always curious, though. Was it recc'ed somewhere? Did someone just stumble upon it when browsing AO3? In any case, it is nice to know the story still 'has a life' :-)

Speaking of things of the past. I'm thinking of changing my layout. I've been meaning to change my header for a while and then I thought, why not change the whole layout? I have an idea about the kind of header I want so it'll be a matter of, you know, working on it as opposed to just thinking about it. But, yes, a change would be nice. Maybe? I usually dislike changes so it's not easy for me lol I could have it done for my LJ anniversary, maybe. Need to check the date...

Oh, all right, I missed it! Again! lol I don't think I'll ever remember to celebrate it on the actual day. I actually thought it was in July *facepalm* Ok, so belated LJ Anniversary to me! Nine years, you guys. Next year we'll reach a milestone!

Enough rambling now, though. Time to watch Suits! Incidentally, how come I don't have a single Suits icon? o_O This is wrong!

Happy anniversary! And a layout change, I wouldn't even know how to go about such a thing, I never made any custom layout for my LJ, ever ^^;;; Maybe that should change, but don't people always read other people's LJ through their flist?

Can you recommend Suits? What's it about?

It might take me a whole year before I actually change it lol But I'm thinking about it, which is a step in the right direction ;-) I'd say people read their flist through their own journal, yeah, I don't think you change a layout for someone else since you're the only one who would see it. Well, except for when people comment to an entry of yours but still.

Oh, I definitely recommend Suits! I always say, if you enjoy White Collar, chances are you might enjoy Suits too. It's not a given, of course, but both shows have some points of common. Here's an overview (http://www.usanetwork.com/series/suits/theshow/overview.html).

The chemistry between Harvey and Mike is a joy to see. Harvey is this dude who's always claiming that he's only interested in winning but here he is, basically putting his whole career on the line to help this kid he doesn't know from Adam. Mike is this young guy who's trying to get his life back on track with some difficulties - and it's not always easy when your "best friend" is trying to screw your life over - and he tries very hard to find a place in this life he's alway dreamt of and trying to make Harvey proud of him while desperately trying not to compromise his ideals. Mike's life is tough, all right? ;-)

And then you have Donna and Jessica, respectively Harvey's PA and boss, who are absolutely brilliant and kick-ass. They are competent and smart and so classy and sometimes ruthless (Jessica especially) and they definitely not let men step over them. I kinda love them to pieces :-)
