LJmas - Jour 4 (Bye-bye Johnny)
Dec. 6th, 2017 11:03 pmI'm going back to work tomorrow. Fingers crossed that the coughing is kept under control. I don't want my colleagues to kick me in the head because it gets too annoying - just joking, my colleagues are darlings and would never resort to such brutish and unfair behaviour ;) Although, to be fair, people coughing gets on one's nerves far too easily. Not anyone's fault, much less the one who's sick, but there you go. Just one of those things...
Anyway! I had another quiet day today where I didn't do half of what I'd planned. That is, in terms of tv watching. It's not as if I'd planned anything exciting or mind-blowing :p I did my fair of seasonal activity, though, what with the YT Vlogmas videos that I watched (Idk, I just find them so sweet and soothing) but then I'm afraid I slept more than I thought I would (again) and before you know it, the afternoon was almost over. Which is when I remembered (quite on time, mind) that I still hadn't done the homework for my Italian class, which is where I mustered all the energy that I could and proceeded to do just that.
The evening was Netflix and Chill times for Cookie and me: dinner (soup with - a version of - grilled cheese sandwich - so fun, we never have those! - and dessert from Starbucks, thanks to my lovely wife who had the genius idea of going there after work) in front of Doctor Who. I'm happy to report that we're almost done with series 8. The catching up is doing quite well. Well done, us, well done, indeed.
