castalieIf you've been around for some time now, you know that I follow the - very convenient, if you ask me - French tradition that generously offers you the whole month of January to wish people a happy new year, meaning you're not late even if you come humbly to your flist on the 11th of January. So a Happy New Year to you, dear flist. I hope the new year is kinder to you and to all of us *hugs*
I have one resolution this year: accept nothing else but good surprises and good news. Hopefully, 2021 will deliver. Let's be honest, I'm already starting to have my doubts but still, accentuate the positive and all that ;)
I was thinking of making an update but life is the same now as it was in my last entry: work, curfew, Kdrama, BTS... I've now reached the point in my Korean language journey where I can recognise (very easy and short) sentences every now and then as I watch my shows, which is pure magic ;) I wish the school where I have my German classes offered semestrial Korean classes like they do with many of their other languages but alas, it's only annual. It's a pity because the Korean class is actually online! Seeing how things are going right now, this would have been perfect. But I'll have to wait next September to be able to enroll... I guess it'll really leave me time to think about whether I want to pursue it.
As far as Korean actors/actresses go, my list of new Faves has grown too: Lee Je-Hoon, Park Hae-Jin, Lee Joon-Gi (omg, Lee Joon-Gi, you guys!), Kim Soo-Huyn, Yoo Seung Ho, Seo Yea-Ji (most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my *life*), Kim Hye-soo... the cast is so good that each time I try a new show I fall for the lot of them. It's a problem.
Also, for those who watch kdrama, I'm currently watching It's Okay to Be Not Okay (that show has captured my heart, you guys. It's so good), Memorist, Lawless Lawyer (Cookie and I are so into it!), and Flower of Evil (that show! So intriguing! And Lee Joon-Gi is fantastic in it!).
So, anyway, life goes onas BTS would say, I guess ;) Hope you're all doing good. Take care, flist <3
