Nostalgie, quand tu nous tiens...

Thing the first and before I start my usual rambling, today isn't just any day since it's the birthday of a very special and ever so generous lady, namely
aswanargent - Joyeux Anniversaire, lovely Swan. I hope you had a wonderful day, you sure deserve it *kisses*
Thing the second, I spent the evening at The Esu's yesterday --like every week-- and we played ourCasimir Récré-Télé board game --like every week-- and it never fails to make me nostalgic so I've been listening to my Dessins Animés de Notre Enfance homemade CD [the animes we watched when we were kids and which all became sacred cultish in France] since I came back from the U, and because I can be nice, I uploaded some files for you guys. I'm thinking more of the French Posse here since most of them will get the references, but if you're curious go ahead.
The lyrics are so very cheesy it's not even funny but it's so sweet and it's such an important part of my childhood that I can't mock them.
Clémentine
Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque by the infamous Bernard Minet [Saint Seiya]
Jayce et les Conquérants de la Lumière [Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors]
Creamy, Merveilleuse Creamy [Mahô no Tenshi Creamy Mami]
Capitaine Flam
Les Mondes Engloutis [Spartakus and the Sun Beneath the Sea] Actually that one, I don't find cheesy at all, just beautiful, I love it. The lyrics are really poetic. My sister told me there's a rerun on one channel of the new TNT network - man, I wish I could see it [/greedy]. Also when I was around seven, I was a big fan of Les Ministars, and they're the ones who sang the different songs for Les Mondes Engloutis so it's even more special [/nostalgic]
It's scary but I watched all those animes when I was a little kid, like from 5 to 12 year, and at 25 I still remember all the lyrics by heart... and I'm not the only one, most people my age do. La génération Albator est la meilleure, woohoo!
Btw? I have around 400 files on this CD, so if by any chance there's some DA you'd like to have... just let me know, all right?
Thing the third, Scar killed me today!
Thing the fourth, BitTorrent is the most beautiful and shiniest thing I've ever seen.
Thing the fifth, I need to code the SentinelThurs stories, which I'll do tonight... in front of SG S8 which premieres in around 55 minutes, yay!
