Next week is gonna be a busy week download-wise. Prison Break on Tuesday, Supernatural on Friday and Numb3rs plus Hustle on Saturday - heee my babies are back! *hugs them tight* It's like a family portrait, I have everyone at the same time!

Also dude, I've watched the promo and holy shit Numb3rs! ( Spoilers for All's Fair )

I watched The Lakes - it's the kind of show I'd say isn't my cuppa tea and then bam! I suddenly start to be interested in the characters, anyway, and I end up riveted to my screen waiting to see whether Bernie will commit adultery with Father Matthew, and if Peter will find out, and what will happen after John did what he did, and if Lucy will get her revenge... I'm so easy, it's pathetic!

Then again, there's John Simm in that series, and that alone would have caught my attention, you know? He is love! I already knew, mind, but some things bear repeating *nods*

I also had fun watching the show because I recognised some familiar faces. Peter - Paul Copley - played Reg Cole in Life on Mars, which was fun enough but that's not even the best.

Lost my connection last night and just got it back omg! *clings to the internets* I was quite busy and out of the house most of the day today though so I didn't feel its absence too keenly.

Second part of the day was quite mundane - though lovely - but the first part was quite original since I met King Arthur and part of his court, whee! This, of course, warrants a little picspam *g* I'll also turn to French since it's about a French show and French actors and all.

Alors ! Je replace dans le contexte: lundi, en me baladant sur le site officiel de la série j'apprends que l'équipe de Kaamelott fera une seconde séance de dédicace aux Galeries Lafayette ce vendredi. Etant donné que j'avais loupé la première dédicace au Virgin des Champs, je me dis que cette fois ce sera la bonne. Foi de Mousey, je serais de la partie.

Et effectivement... j'y étais :-) Et évidemment, j'ai pris des photos et tout ça.

Donc, étaient présents Anne Girouard, Alexandre Astier, Simon Astier, Franck Pitiot et Thomas Cousseau. C'est à dire - pour ceux qui ont encore du mal à mettre le nom des acteurs sur les personnages - qu'on avait en face de nous Guenièvre, Arthur, Yvain, Perceval et Lancelot. Belle équipe, pas vrai?

I watched the pilot of Still Life and I tremendously enjoyed it. And marecagee, didn't you tell me they'd cancelled the show because it was too depressing? Dude! It's about family, love and survival. It's about hope. How can hope ever be depressing? This is beyond me, seriously. Now I'm going to crave a series that never really was and that is so sad *cries*

In case you don't know about that series - I'd never heard of it before tonight: ( here is what the story is about. )

Ha! "Beautiful celebration of love, life and family". Dude, isn't it exactly what I just said?

I downloaded the pilot because a) Jensen Ackles played in the series, b) I liked the premise of said series and c) Jensen Ackles played in it. No wait, that was my a. Oh whatever.

So indeed JA plays Max, the conflicted and hurt younger brother and wow, that man angsts so beautifully! He's a wonder. He's also too pretty for words, but that's another story. Speaking of the pretty, I had a very pleasant surprise when I watched aforementioned pilot. Inara! Inara plays in it! And she's as gorgeous as ever *happy sigh* I mean, okay, my love for Jensen Ackles is completely platonic due to my, you know, lesbianism but my love for Morena Baccarin? Is absolutely not platonic due to my - well, you get the picture.

And speaking of picture - admire the segue, guys! - I come bearing gifts of the picspam persuasion.

Also, that very first scene? The introductory one? Was done quite brilliantly, I thought *nods* Anyway, all that to say, I would have loved seeing more episodes.

PS: Inara wasn't the only surprise when I watched that episode as Martouf makes a cameo as well. I don't care about him as such, but it doesn't change the fact that he was there, right? Also, the mom played in Once & Again and I'm sure I've seen Emily somewhere...

PS2: OMG! It's 3.40 am in France which means - OH BOY - "The Journey Home" is airing in the US *dies*

Went to the movies with tbf!Rissy after class - we finally saw Wallace & Gromit : the curse of the wereabbit. I feared this would become a new Cursed Movie but no. Me happy :-) There was also a trailer for HP and I might have squeed a little because now I can say "I saw two members of the cast, you know!" And wow *happy sigh* Oh, speaking of the French premiere - remember when I mentioned a group being dressed up? Here they are. They look good, don't they? And I hadn't realised there were only two Gryffindors, btw *g*

Changing the subject now - I watched Supernatural 1x08, woohoo!

Because I was friendsfriend surfing and I read something about it and ARE WE TUESDAY YET? And since we're not - I would love to watch The Scene again and again and again at least once. So is it possible? TIA.

Unrelated now, I'm trying to brace myself for the No Numb3rs thing tomorrow *sigh* It sucks.

Okay, SO! Woke up early this morning and first on my To Do List was to download Numb3rs, which I did - then had to leave the house so I did that as well, petting Clark and encouraging him because I didn't want anything bad to happen to the download. But I needn't worry and when I came back, it was there... waiting for me and just - that was a beautiful moment *happy sigh*

Wait! To keep with the theme, audrarose wrote a sequel to her Absolution story, namely Resolution and it's so fucking good and hot that you need to go and read it! Warnings: it's Don/Charlie. Note that when I say "warning", I might as well say "incentive" so use it whenever you want to - but don't say I didn't warn you.

So around two weeks ago, a guy at work offered to make a copy of all the available Sims for me, like, all of them. Then he left for his vacation and I kinda forgot I even asked. This morning the guy comes to me - he was obviously back from said vacation - and hands over two DVDs and lo! The Multi Versions of Sims were on them! I kinda bounced on my seat, as you can imagine. Then we start talking about downloads [he’s been downloading Lost this weekend, which made me smile - everyone comes to Lost, it seems *g*] and he’s like "I downloaded Alexander and Espace Détente recently, as well as some other movies." And I'm like "Oh yeah, you just reminded me that I needed to buy those." Because it's true, I've been meaning to though I kept delaying the purchase for all kind of uninteresting reasons.

Anyway, the guy goes off to do His Stuff and I resume doing mine – because hey, squeeing and bouncing and talking about tv is nice and dandy, but work isn’t exactly the proper place to do so. Well, from I’ve been told - and around two hours later, he's back with a new DVD and dude! He'd made a copy of Alexander and Espace Détente for me – because apparently, the guy loves downloading his movies when he’s at work, so let’s forget what I said earlier, shall we? Not only that, but he’d also burnt other movies - including La Marche de L'empereur - which I've been curious about but never meant to buy. I might have squeed a little but that was so sweet of him, wasn't it?

Changing the subject: you know how sometimes you spend an insane amount of time doing silly stuff on-line – and actually? I don’t even know why I waste time asking the question cause of course you all know what I’m talking about - so we either play with meme or make dolls or create our dream house or what not. Well last night I found this Error Generator thing and just - I had so much fun it wasn't even funny.
